NMDC Group is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to support the General Counsel, Legal Director, and internal departments by providing expert legal guidance, drafting contracts, ensuring compliance, and assisting in dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the General Counsel and Legal Director as needed.

• Draft and review legal contracts, opinions, notices, and correspondences.

• Coordinate with departments on daily activities and contract matters.

• Provide advice on contracts and other legal documents.

• Negotiate contract terms with third parties in the interest of NMDC.

• Ensure internal processes and procedures are compliant and provide guidance as needed.

• Draft or revise contract templates and legal guidelines.

• Support the Contracts Department in managing agreements.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures.

• Assist in the resolution of disputes, both amicable and contentious (courts/arbitration).

• Supervise and guide team members reporting to the Senior Legal Advisor.

• Conduct legal research and formulate legal opinions as required.

• Provide other legal assistance as required for NMDC or line managers.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.

• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.

• Proven ability to negotiate contract terms with third parties.

• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
