Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking passionate Housekeeping Attendants dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards. The role involves daily room cleaning, maintaining guest supplies, and ensuring public areas are orderly. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and maintain accurate key logs.

• Clean rooms and bathrooms, including beds, sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors, tiles, and floors.

• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, and arrange guest articles neatly.

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service pantries, and public areas.

• Remove room service trays and coordinate laundry or dry-cleaning services.

• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways are clear.

• Vacuum carpets, upholstered furniture, and dust/wipe surfaces.

Requirements / Skills:

• Vocational training in Housekeeping or related hotel department preferred.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Friendly, dedicated, and customer-focused with cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
