Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is looking for a Waiter / Waitress to provide courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with the hotel’s F&B standards. The role involves assisting guests, ensuring quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the F&B operations across various outlets. This position offers experience in a luxury hospitality environment with opportunities to develop skills in guest service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times, following F&B operation standards.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.

• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items and recommend menu combinations or upsell alternatives.

• Ensure outlet and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently, reporting issues to supervisors as needed.

• Establish and maintain good rapport with guests to ensure a positive experience.

• Monitor operating supplies and minimize spoilage and wastage.

• Assist with inventory checks on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

• Rotate flexibly within different F&B subsections or other hotel departments as assigned.

• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Head Waiter, Assistant Manager, or supervisor.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Team player with flexibility and adaptability.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and menu items.
