Zurich Middle East is seeking UAE Nationals to join the Tathmeer Talent Program as Insurance Consultants. This program offers structured training, hands-on experience, and real-world projects to help participants develop their skills in the insurance industry. The role provides exposure to different business areas, customer interaction, and opportunities for career growth within Zurich’s multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Tathmeer talent program combining training, coaching, and real projects.

• Gain insights into various business areas and collaborate with team members on day-to-day operations.

• Engage in group discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team meetings.

• Gradually integrate into permanent roles of interest within Zurich.

• Participate in Ethraa structured training programs for professional growth.

• Work with customers and stakeholders across different departments in a multicultural setup.

• Apply communication and analytical skills to support teams and maintain customer relationships.

• Identify and resolve real-time problems in collaboration with managers and growth partners.

• Take ownership of delegated tasks and learning activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills & Requirements:

• UAE National with valid Family Book.

• Bachelor’s degree obtained within the past 2 years with a minimum GPA of 3.

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and develop skills in insurance.

• Willing to travel to the office at least 3 times a week or as directed.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Enthusiastic about working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
