Confidential is seeking a Recruitment Officer to coordinate and manage the hiring process for white-collar roles in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless recruitment experience, maintain accurate records, and support onboarding and visa procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.

Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline status).

Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs.

Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff of selected candidates.

Liaise with employees and PROs to gather and verify required documentation for employment.

Maintain accurate visa records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.

Stay updated on immigration laws and policies, communicating updates to management.

Support onboarding of new employees with visa and residency procedures.

Assist with visa processing for business travel, partner visits, or special projects.
Skills & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for white-collar roles.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with PowerBI is a plus.

Strong reporting, organizational, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Arabic.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
