Confidential is seeking a Recruitment Officer to coordinate and manage the hiring process for white-collar roles in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless recruitment experience, maintain accurate records, and support onboarding and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.

  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline status).

  • Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and job fairs.

  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoff of selected candidates.

  • Liaise with employees and PROs to gather and verify required documentation for employment.

  • Maintain accurate visa records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.

  • Stay updated on immigration laws and policies, communicating updates to management.

  • Support onboarding of new employees with visa and residency procedures.

  • Assist with visa processing for business travel, partner visits, or special projects.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for white-collar roles.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with PowerBI is a plus.

  • Strong reporting, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Arabic.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
