Xperience Realty is urgently hiring a Personal Assistant & Content Writer to work closely with a top-tier real estate advisor in Dubai. This role combines content creation, lead prospecting, property inventory management, and operational support in the fast-paced luxury real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Content Writing:

• Draft scripts, talking points, and content for real estate videos, market analysis, and client presentations.

• Write and post blogs on Dubai real estate trends.

• Create personal branding content for social media (reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts, captions).

• Repurpose content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand tone.

2. Lead Prospecting & Appointment Setting:

• Call and follow up with managers, decision-makers, and investment heads at banks, family offices, and financial institutions.

• Set up referral-based meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

3. Inventory Listing Collection & Deal Flows:

• Source premium property listings from brokers and sellers (off-market and developer inventory).

• Maintain organized data sheets of property listings and track high-potential deals.

4. Operational & Shadow Support:

• Assist with prioritization, meeting attendance, and tracking key conversations.

• Manage follow-ups, reminders, documentation, and coordination with media/partner teams.

• Support daily execution of business-critical tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.

• Strong real estate content writing and research skills.

• Confident communicating with CXOs, investors, and high-net-worth clients.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, ChatGPT, CRMs, and WhatsApp Web.

• Highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy.

• Professional in email and WhatsApp communications.
