Smart Sense is seeking Telly Callers to join their Dubai team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone, promoting products and services, managing leads, and maintaining client databases. The position requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone calls to potential and existing clients to explain products and services.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.

• Maintain and update client databases efficiently.

• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls as needed.

• Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work collaboratively with the team while managing individual responsibilities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in customer service or client relationship management.

• Proficiency in database management and lead generation.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Knowledge of the electrical supply industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
