Endocare, a specialty clinic for metabolic health and longevity, is seeking a Receptionist & Clinical Operations Specialist for its Abu Dhabi clinic launching in October 2025. This role combines front desk responsibilities with operational management to ensure a seamless, compliant, and high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Care:

• Welcome and guide patients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, including cancellations.

• Respond to patient inquiries with accuracy and empathy.

Administration & Records:

• Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with privacy standards.

• Handle invoicing, billing, insurance coordination, and preparation of financial reports.

• Manage office communications and correspondence with external stakeholders.

Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee vendor management, facility maintenance, and supply procurement.

• Ensure compliance with DoH regulations and maintain inspection readiness.

• Support doctors, coaches, and nurses with daily operational needs.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as liaison between front desk, clinical staff, and management.

• Contribute to development of operational processes and quality improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in reception, administrative, or clinical operations roles in healthcare settings.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records and patient booking systems.

• Familiarity with MS Office, databases, and digital reporting tools.

• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.

• Knowledge of Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi standards is highly desirable.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong plus.

• Training in medical or clinical administration is advantageous.
