NNC is seeking a People & Culture Executive who is passionate about building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities:

Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Support employee engagement through surveys, feedback collection, and team-building initiatives.

Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and progress tracking.

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Provide guidance in employee relations, maintaining a harmonious workplace.

Promote NNC’s culture by implementing initiatives aligned with company values and mission.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of HR or related professional experience.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Highly organized, people-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
