Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of HR or related professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Highly organized, people-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
