Sales and Events Manager

Bâoli Dubai, a vibrant restaurant, nightlife, and poolside hotspot blending French-Mediterranean cuisine with East Asian influences, is looking for a Sales and Events Manager. This role involves leading event sales, creating memorable guest experiences, and generating business through effective client engagement, marketing, and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive event sales by building client relationships and promoting Bâoli Dubai locally and regionally.

  • Develop event calendars, identify market opportunities, and negotiate offers/contracts for individual and group bookings.

  • Organize sponsorships, negotiate pricing, and create tailored proposals based on client needs and budgets.

  • Oversee event set-up, entertainment schedules, creative concepts, and smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with Guest Relations & Reservations teams to capture data and improve CRM strategies.

  • Manage and maintain the restaurant’s interior/exterior setup during events.

  • Ensure professional, high-quality service exceeding customer expectations.

  • Keep updated with hospitality and event market trends to strengthen the brand.

  • Attend departmental meetings, support teamwork, and contribute to open communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of event sales, negotiations, and client relations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.

  • High energy, proactive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
