Bâoli Dubai, a vibrant restaurant, nightlife, and poolside hotspot blending French-Mediterranean cuisine with East Asian influences, is looking for a Sales and Events Manager. This role involves leading event sales, creating memorable guest experiences, and generating business through effective client engagement, marketing, and event management.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive event sales by building client relationships and promoting Bâoli Dubai locally and regionally.

Develop event calendars, identify market opportunities, and negotiate offers/contracts for individual and group bookings.

Organize sponsorships, negotiate pricing, and create tailored proposals based on client needs and budgets.

Oversee event set-up, entertainment schedules, creative concepts, and smooth execution.

Collaborate with Guest Relations & Reservations teams to capture data and improve CRM strategies.

Manage and maintain the restaurant’s interior/exterior setup during events.

Ensure professional, high-quality service exceeding customer expectations.

Keep updated with hospitality and event market trends to strengthen the brand.

Attend departmental meetings, support teamwork, and contribute to open communication.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of event sales, negotiations, and client relations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office programs.

High energy, proactive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work well under pressure and go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
