Marriott International is looking for a dedicated Pool & Beach Attendant – Club 104 to join its team at W Dubai – The Palm. This role goes beyond serving food and drinks; it’s about creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring the highest service standards in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by setting tables, interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and assisting with any requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures to create a secure workplace.

• Uphold Marriott’s quality standards and professional appearance at all times.

• Handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).

• Assist in creating a smooth dining and recreational experience for guests.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred.

• Less than one year of related work experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Physically fit to handle standing for long periods and moving across varied surfaces.

• No supervisory experience required.
