ROZE BioHealth and BioDental Clinics, a fast-growing network of healthcare and dental clinics in Dubai, is hiring a Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join their front-of-house team. This role is ideal for friendly, organised, and patient-focused professionals who want to contribute to providing seamless healthcare experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients while ensuring a positive first impression.

• Handle payments, process invoices, and manage daily cash reconciliation.

• Assist with financial reporting and maintain accurate records.

• Support the guest executive team with appointment bookings and follow-up calls.

• Guide patients through their clinic journey and respond to inquiries.

• Maintain an organised, professional, and patient-ready reception area.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in cashiering and customer service (healthcare industry preferred).

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to use clinic systems or POS software confidently.

• Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• UAE-based candidates with a valid visa or transferable visa.

• Finance background is a plus.
