Under its umbrella, Shamal operates Five Guys, a globally recognized fast-food brand known for quality burgers and exceptional customer service. We are currently hiring a Crew Member for our Dubai Mall branch to deliver excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Resolve simple customer queries and escalate complex issues to managers.

• Train and work across multiple restaurant stations such as Grill, Fries, Cashier, Hospitality, Preparation, Buns, and Dressing.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness including restocking, restroom upkeep, terrace cleaning, and other assigned tasks.

• Adhere to Five Guys brand standards and complete Five Guys University training courses.

• Support the team in achieving restaurant goals and targets.

• Handle the cash register accurately and safeguard company assets.

• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.

• Maintain punctuality, proper grooming, and uniform standards.

• Assist fellow team members and perform tasks assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service crew member or in a similar customer service role.

• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
