We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for beauty, content creation, and social media trends. This role will involve managing social platforms, creating engaging content, collaborating with influencers, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify trending audios, memes, and formats on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Assist with filming product demos, GRWM clips, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut/Canva with engaging captions, hooks, and stickers.

• Create story graphics, highlight covers, and carousel posts using Canva or similar platforms.

• Engage with followers through polls, Q&As, and interactive prompts to build community.

• Track FAQs and trending topics to improve future content planning.

• Contribute to launch announcements, social graphics, and scheduling posts in the content calendar.

• Support influencer collaborations by reaching out to micro-creators for UGC content.

• Prepare mood boards, captions, and campaign decks when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Active TikTok/Instagram user with knowledge of trending formats.

• Basic to intermediate editing skills in CapCut/Canva.

• Strong communication and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Passion for beauty, wellness, and digital content creation.

• Flexible, collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute across different roles in a startup environment.
