Fortes Education, a leading education provider in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Lady Swim Coach to join the dynamic PE and Sports Department at Sunmarke School, Dubai, starting in August 2025. This role offers the opportunity to coach students of all ages and abilities while promoting fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a supportive academic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality swimming coaching sessions for students of varying ages and skill levels.

• Ensure safety standards are maintained during all swimming activities.

• Work collaboratively with the PE and Sports department to enhance the swimming program.

• Act as a positive role model, encouraging discipline, motivation, and confidence in students.

• Support school sporting events and activities related to swimming and aquatics.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in coaching swimming.

• Valid Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification.

• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Positive, professional, and approachable personality.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Valid UAE lifeguard license.

• Previous experience in a school environment.

• Preference for female coaches.
