VR Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced and responsible Campboss to manage and oversee the daily operations of ladies’ accommodation. The role ensures a safe, comfortable, and disciplined living environment for employees, while supporting accommodation needs and maintaining compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the ladies’ accommodation.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and well-being of all residents.

• Handle accommodation-related queries and requests from employees.

• Coordinate with management to resolve maintenance and operational issues.

• Enforce house rules and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Organize and supervise weekly cleaning and maintenance of facilities.

• Report any security or health concerns to HR promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of accommodation operations.

• Assist in conflict resolution and promote a harmonious living environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in camp management or a similar supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Caring, approachable, and supportive demeanor.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 (depending on experience).
