Role Overview:
The Cyber Infrastructure Engineer supports Darktrace’s post-sales team by deploying, integrating, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions. This role ensures clients benefit from AI-powered protection while serving as a trusted advisor for security infrastructure planning and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute deployment projects within Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for network, cloud, OT, and email environments.

• Integrate Darktrace systems into existing client infrastructure.

• Manage technical support tickets and assist customers with operational issues.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to maintain client satisfaction.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer.

• Basic knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN, cybersecurity principles, and OSI model.

• Entry-level understanding of network/cloud architecture, configuration, and best practices.

• Foundational knowledge of OT networks (Purdue model) and certifications with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Advantageous: experience with Darktrace sensors, software modules, deployment, integrations, and tuning.
