Role Overview:
The Site IT Support (SIS) Analyst provides end-user IT support, manages device lifecycles, ensures compliance with Eaton’s IT policies, and participates in IT infrastructure and operational excellence initiatives. This role supports both local and remote users with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers) and software for end users.

• Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including asset, change, incident, request, problem, and project management.

• Support site-based IT systems and participate in troubleshooting complex IT issues.

• Assist in annual IT disaster recovery plan execution and internal audits.

• Liaise between IT and users to drive compliance with IT standards and policies.

• Participate in infrastructure, application, security, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, hardware support, networking, servers, storage, and cybersecurity principles.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes.

• Adaptable and capable of supporting complex IT environments with diverse technologies.
