Role Overview:
The Product Manager will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Web3 and AI-focused products. This role combines strategic insight, technical expertise, and hands-on product lifecycle management to optimize user experience and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and measurable KPIs.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to inform product decisions.

• Develop and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with Technology, UX/UI, and Go-to-Market teams.

• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and development to delivery.

• Implement continuous improvement using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback.

• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specs, user stories, workflows, and API guides.

• Engage with Web3 and AI communities to gather insights and promote user adoption.

• Act as primary point of contact for product-related inquiries internally and externally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, especially in Web3, blockchain, or AI-focused products.

• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, smart contracts, and dApps.

• Experience with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
