Role Overview:
The Business Excellence/Service Enhancement Manager will drive quality, innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. This strategic role focuses on process optimization, performance measurement, and fostering a culture of operational excellence using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead business process improvements, Lean management initiatives, and best practices.

Develop and implement strategies integrating quality, efficiency, and process improvement into core business functions.

Identify performance gaps and execute improvement plans using Lean, Six Sigma, and optimization techniques.

Establish KPIs and measurement systems to track process efficiency and service outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable process enhancements.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification; GRI or ADCSO certifications advantageous.

10–12 years of experience in Quality, Sustainability, or Operations Management, preferably in FM, Waste Management, or related sectors.

Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO standards.

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent collaboration, leadership, and team motivation capabilities.
