LEDFlex Group is a leading manufacturer of LED luminaires with over 10 years of experience designing, developing, and producing energy-efficient and eco-friendly lighting solutions for international markets. The company focuses on high-performance interior and exterior lighting products.

Role Overview:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for lighting system design, technical support, and project coordination. This role involves preparing detailed designs and documentation, supporting installation and commissioning, resolving technical issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed lighting designs, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD or similar software.

• Prepare and revise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Support the Product and Sales teams with lighting control system designs.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and pre-programming support for controllers and drivers (DALI, DMX).

• Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning to meet performance standards.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, progress reports, and technical specifications.

• Lead training sessions for installation/project teams and distributors.

Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible with strong organizational skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus.

• Hands-on technical knowledge of LED drivers, wiring configurations, and control systems.
