Role Overview:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network connectivity, managing office tech, and supporting staff across devices and platforms. This hands-on role ensures the office technology functions efficiently and staff can perform their tasks without disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on PCs, Macs, and iOS devices.

• Set up and maintain internet/WiFi connections.

• Install, configure, and update Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.

• Manage printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

• Provide GoDaddy support for domains, hosting, and emails.

• Assist with iOS devices including iPhone, iPad, and MacBook setup and troubleshooting.

• Deliver day-to-day technical support to office staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar tech roles.

• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Mac, and iOS systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot internet/WiFi and printer issues effectively.

• Familiarity with GoDaddy account management (emails, DNS, hosting).

• Strong problem-solving attitude, hands-on approach, and reliability.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to support a team environment.
