Role Overview:
The F&B Server at Belgian Cafe is responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role ensures that guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive service, hospitality, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service according to hotel SOPs.

• Clear and set up tables, anticipating guest needs.

• Handle cash procedures and maintain cash security.

• Resolve guest complaints efficiently and document for follow-up.

• Assist with stock control, equipment maintenance, and monitoring guest facilities.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
