Role Overview:
Microsoft is seeking a Finance Manager for Modern Work & Security (MW&S) in UAE. This role focuses on aligning revenue targets with market opportunities, driving customer adoption of AI Business Solutions and Security Solutions, and providing actionable financial insights to senior business leaders. The position is open to UAE nationals only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze present and future financial performance, plans, and economic transactions for MW&S products.

• Deliver actionable insights to drive business growth, optimize revenue, and improve customer adoption.

• Partner with business leaders and customers to understand business risks and identify new opportunities.

• Share financial insights, facilitate resolution of complex issues, and influence business strategy.

• Drive compliance and adherence to Microsoft policies on risk, privacy, and ethics.

• Improve financial processes through automation and innovative data management approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, plus 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controllership, or related areas.

• Alternatively, Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• Analytical, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

• Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Proven collaboration and teamwork capabilities, including virtual engagement.

• IT/Tech industry experience is preferred but not required.

• UAE national candidates are preferred.
