Role Overview:
The People Solutions Partner (Senior Specialist) – META, will join the HR Operations team in Dubai. This role involves coordinating HR processes and payroll across multiple META region countries, managing complex cases, and driving digitization and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR Operations processes with external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Manage payroll administration and approvals with final validation.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and external vendors for smooth service transitions and mobility cases.

  • Handle complex HR cases and process escalations effectively.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for payroll purposes.

  • Support implementation and change management of global Hire-to-Retire processes.

  • Promote Workday adoption for Employee and Manager Self-Service HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll.

  • Business proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating external vendors.

  • Experience with Workday and knowledge of labor law principles related to Hire-to-Retire processes.

  • Background in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) is a plus.

  • Experience in HR transformation and service transition is desirable.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and hands-on approach.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle complex HR scenarios and escalate appropriately.
