Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Steward to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This full-time role ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are kept clean and ready for use, contributing to a smooth and efficient hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate dishwashing machines to clean designated restaurant and kitchen wares.

Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils as required.

Maintain cleanliness of Dishwashing, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Compactor, and Storage areas.

Assist the kitchen team by providing clean and organized equipment.

Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.

Follow hotel specifications and standards for hygiene and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
-
Minimum 6 months experience as a Steward in hotels or restaurants.

Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through in duties.

Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.

Strong commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.

Ability to maintain operational excellence with a keen eye for detail.

Location is remote; candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Sir Bani Yas.
