SAMER AL GADDAH INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING CO. L.L.C is hiring an Assistant Accountant to manage financial records, reporting processes, and compliance with UAE regulations. The role involves handling daily accounting operations, payroll, and VAT compliance while ensuring accuracy and supporting business decisions through reliable financial data.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records including journals, ledgers, and documentation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards.

Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.

Process payroll, including salary transfers and end-of-service benefits.

Coordinate with banks for transactions, deposits, and online payments.

Assist in VAT filings, audits, and statutory compliance.

Support budgeting, cost analysis, and internal financial controls.

Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and HR for accurate reporting.

Prepare financial summaries and reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).

Knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and accounting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
