Panthera Partners is working with a globally renowned Sovereign Wealth Fund to appoint a Vice President – Investment Evaluation in Abu Dhabi. This role offers the opportunity to shape and influence multi-billion-dollar investments across infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and special situations. The VP will play a key role in evaluating complex investment opportunities, supporting Investment Committee dialogue, and integrating advanced analytics and AI to strengthen decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with deal teams to assess, structure, and shape investment opportunities across asset classes and geographies.

• Lead due diligence, underwriting, and investment thesis development for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and special situations.

• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership and support Investment Committee discussions.

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a high-paced investment environment.

• Apply AI and data analytics to improve investment evaluation processes.

• Deliver detailed analysis, reports, and presentations to guide executive decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently at Vice President (or equivalent) level in a top-tier investment manager, sovereign wealth fund, or institutional investor.

• Background in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, special situations, or strategic evaluation.

• Proven experience evaluating complex private investments with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

• Expertise in equity and/or credit underwriting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and Investment Committees.

• Ability to work at pace and lead multiple projects simultaneously.

• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, CFA, or similar) in finance, economics, or related discipline preferred.

• Strong interest in applying technology and AI to investment processes.
