Sharp Contracting LLC, a leading contracting and construction company based in Ajman, UAE, is hiring an experienced MEP Supervisor for its projects in Dubai. The MEP Supervisor will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and up to international quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with strong site supervision experience and technical expertise in MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day MEP site activities.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to meet deadlines.

• Manage and troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP works.

• Prepare regular progress reports and ensure timely project updates.

• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

• Proven experience in site supervision and inspections.

• Knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, and facility management.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Prior MEP experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
