Job Role:
The F&B Server – Mezzaluna will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences by providing attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service in line with hotel standards and SOPs.

• Clear, set up, and maintain restaurant tables.

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a welcoming experience.

• Resolve guest complaints during shift and document them for follow-up.

• Handle cash transactions and follow security procedures.

• Support the maintenance of service equipment.

• Monitor guest facilities and ensure high service standards.

• Assist in stock control and security monitoring.
