MBT is hiring skilled professionals for its Retail Banking division in Dubai. The role of Retail Banking Specialist – Personal Loans focuses on driving client acquisition, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Job Role:
The Retail Banking Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting banking products such as personal loans and credit cards, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct sales and networking efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to drive sales of banking products (personal loans and credit cards).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing financial needs and providing customized solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and networking.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer referrals.

• Ensure a high standard of client service and compliance with banking procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of retail banking experience (mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to generate leads through cold calling and referrals.
