Job Role:
Ennismore is hiring an Assistant Waiter to join its vibrant Dubai team. The role involves supporting the lead waiter in providing outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring smooth dining operations, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead waiter in serving food and beverages to guests.

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer basic menu queries.

• Set and clear tables, ensuring cutlery, glassware, and dishes are correctly placed.

• Take drink orders and relay them to bar staff.

• Refill water glasses and attend to guest needs throughout the dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

• Handle cash transactions and process payments when required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

• Participate in pre-shift briefings and ongoing training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Physical stamina to stand long hours and carry trays of food/beverages.

• Attention to detail in food presentation and table settings.

• Basic math skills for handling bills and cash transactions.

• Previous hospitality or food service experience (preferred).

• Food handling certification (preferred).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
