Credence Consultancy is hiring a Junior Logistics Executive on behalf of a reputed Dubai-based group in the gifts industry. The role involves managing international logistics operations, import-export compliance, shipping documentation, and vendor coordination. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering professional growth in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international logistics operations, including customs clearance and DG cargo handling.

• Ensure compliance with import-export procedures under UAE customs and international trade regulations.

• Liaise with vendors, customers, shipping, and air freight companies to coordinate logistics and deliveries.

• Verify all shipping and customs documentation for accuracy and INCO terms compliance.

• Negotiate logistics contracts and pricing agreements.

• Assist the Logistics Department with day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of logistics or forwarding experience (required).

• Previous experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
