The role involves assisting members with financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit/debit cards, and more. Responsibilities:

• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and financial services.

• Provide basic counseling on available products to meet member needs.

• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.

• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing).

• Identify cross-service opportunities to enhance member relationships.

• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely.

• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations.

• Support team members by sharing best practices.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
