Metropolitan Premium Properties, a leading real estate agency in Dubai and part of the Metropolitan Group, is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support data management, reporting, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in handling large datasets while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This role involves creating and updating reports, validating data integrity, assisting management with data-related tasks, and collaborating with different departments to provide accurate information for operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update Excel reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Verify, validate, and maintain accuracy of data across systems.

• Conduct regular audits and clean-ups to ensure database integrity.

• Assist management with data-related tasks and reporting requests.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate operational data.

• Maintain clear and organized records in line with internal procedures.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Suggest improvements for data entry workflows and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or reporting.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).

• Familiarity with MS Office applications; experience with CRM/databases is a plus.

• High attention to detail and accuracy with repetitive tasks.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
