Job Responsibilities:

Sell professional courses and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Deliver personalized, consultative support to professional clients by understanding their career or organizational development goals.

Recommend tailored training programs or professional development pathways to align with client objectives.

Identify performance gaps, engagement issues, or evolving client needs, providing timely support or referrals to internal experts.

Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and retention.

Manage a pipeline of prospects and clients using CRM tools while maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities.

Act as a trusted advisor to professionals and organizations, supporting their growth and development journey.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Strong consultative sales and advisory skills with the ability to understand client needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.

Experience in selling training programs, courses, or professional services is highly preferred.

Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

Strong organizational skills with experience in CRM systems.

A proactive, client-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities.

Previous experience in academic advising, training sales, or corporate consultancy is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field preferred.
