Chartering Manager / Ship Broker

GSY International Groups, a leading international trading and shipping company headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Chartering Manager / Ship Broker to join their expanding shipping division. This full-time, on-site role involves managing chartering operations, building industry relationships, and securing cargo contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with ship owners, operators, and charterers.

  • Negotiate and finalize cargo contracts at competitive charter rates.

  • Prepare voyage estimations and execute charter party agreements.

  • Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

  • Monitor freight market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Proven experience in ship broking or chartering (dry bulk, tanker, or container).

  • Established network within the shipping industry.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deals and work under pressure.

  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
