Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality company, is seeking a Personal Trainer to join Raise, their state-of-the-art fitness and wellness destination in Dubai. The role is on-site, full-time, and involves providing personalized fitness guidance, developing training programs, and promoting holistic well-being to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and develop personalized exercise programs.

• Advise individuals on correct exercise techniques and safe use of fitness equipment.

• Assist members on the gym floor, ensuring safety and effective exercise execution.

• Maintain and grow personal training client base and promote Raise’s programs and services.

• Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals and make healthy lifestyle choices.

• Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Track personal and organizational fitness program goals, including revenue targets.

• Attend weekly meetings with management to review plans and provide feedback.

• Adhere to operating procedures, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

• Certification in personal training with proven experience.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Positive, proactive, and charismatic personality with a passion for fitness.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
