Daman is seeking a fresh graduate UAEN (Family B) to join its Underwriting team as a Coordinator. This on-site, full-time role in Abu Dhabi offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in insurance and risk assessment, with mentorship and on-the-job training from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and verify underwriting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Review applications and paperwork to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

• Communicate with clients and brokers to obtain missing information and clarify policy terms.

• Support risk assessment research and analysis for informed underwriting decisions.

• Report underwriting data and trends to senior management.

• Conduct preliminary risk evaluations and identify potential red flags.

• Coordinate underwriting activities to meet internal deadlines.

• Document and maintain records for compliance and easy retrieval.

• Ensure adherence to underwriting policies and regulatory standards.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• UAEN with Family B.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (GPA 2.8 or above).

• Fresh graduate – no prior work experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Eager to learn and grow in underwriting and insurance.
