Tiffany & Co., part of the LVMH group, is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is part of the Operations Team and focuses on delivering seamless, personalized experiences for clients while maintaining operational excellence in the store.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver luxury-level customer service and uphold operational excellence standards.

Manage in-store client repair processes, including analyzing needs and proposing solutions.

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

Handle store operations, stock management, transfers, cycle counts, and inventories.

Support payment processes and maintain security standards for omnichannel operations.

Propose improvements, adopt new operational tools, and support team training.

Exhibit professionalism, adaptability, and resilience in handling challenging assignments.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience in luxury retail or high-end client care roles.
