HR Expert UAE is hiring Waiters to join a dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for customer-oriented individuals who enjoy delivering excellent dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, and capable of providing top-quality service to guests while working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers promptly, presenting menus and explaining specials.

• Take and process orders accurately while offering menu recommendations.

• Serve food and beverages in line with company service standards.

• Address customer questions and complaints courteously to ensure satisfaction.

• Clear and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

• Customer service-focused with a positive attitude.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of food, beverages, and wine pairings is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 1,000 – 1,500 per month.
