This full-time on-site role involves assisting clients with visa requirements, customizing holiday packages, and providing exceptional customer service. The role offers a salary of AED 2,000–3,500 plus attractive commissions along with career growth opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with international visa applications, documentation, and requirements.

• Customize holiday packages to meet client preferences and budgets.

• Provide high-quality customer service and support throughout the visa and holiday process.

• Keep updated on global visa rules, travel regulations, and destination updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Holiday Consultant or Visa Consultant.

• Strong knowledge of global visa documentation and holiday destinations.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients independently and build long-term relationships.

• Flexible to work in shifts when required.
