Unilever is looking for a dedicated SSHE Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is critical within the Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSHE) function, ensuring the effective implementation of global SSHE frameworks across the AGU Office and DBS warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving compliance, improving SHE standards, enhancing site security, and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across the Gulf Business Unit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SHE processes, systems, reporting, and data analysis in line with global frameworks.

• Continuously improve SHE performance in UAE operations by coordinating safety-related activities, campaigns, and initiatives.

• Deploy and embed site security protocols, ensuring team training and compliance with security measures.

• Act as the central focal point for local and regional SSHE information management and analysis.

• Develop and deliver local training programmes while collaborating with regional training initiatives.

• Support Gulf Business Unit management in reducing incidents by implementing proactive safety programs aimed at achieving zero major incidents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSHE) management systems.

• Experience in developing and implementing safety and security processes.

• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.

• Proactive approach to safety programs and accident prevention.

• Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
