Medicina Group of Pharmacies is seeking a qualified and licensed Pharmacist to join its professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to healthcare. This role involves ensuring safe dispensing of medications, providing health consultations, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy standards and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense prescribed medications accurately.

• Monitor patients’ drug therapies, provide interventions, and inform customers about possible side effects.

• Counsel patients on proper dosage, usage, and storage of medications.

• Conduct health screenings such as blood pressure, temperature, and blood sugar checks.

• Maintain accurate customer and pharmacy records.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

• Manage pharmacy operations including verifying orders, maintaining controlled substance records, and removing expired/damaged stock.

• Comply with all legal regulations and guidelines in pharmaceutical practice.

• Perform administrative and operational tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.

• Proven work experience as a Pharmacist.

• DHA license to practice as a pharmacist in Dubai.

• Knowledge of dosage requirements, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.

• Strong background in OTC sales, cross-selling, and upselling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software applications.

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).

• Flexibility with work location and schedule.
