Atlantis Resorts is hiring an Order Taker, In Room Dining to join its Food & Beverage team at Atlantis, The Royal in Dubai. The role involves handling guest orders over the phone, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, and ensuring a premium in-room dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and prior hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process guest food and beverage orders via telephone.

• Deliver an exceptional standard of service in line with Atlantis’ luxury brand.

• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and service teams.

• Maintain full knowledge of menus, ingredients, and dietary requirements.

• Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Handle guest inquiries with patience, positivity, and professionalism.

• Operate Micros system accurately for order management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international hotel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in high-volume operations.

• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

• Knowledge of Micros POS system preferred.

• Passion for food, beverage, and guest service excellence.
