A PropTech company is seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join its growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for candidates already living in Dubai. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate agents, while ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit real estate agents through multiple channels.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ suitability.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment (Dubai market preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry and RERA requirements.

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment efficiently.
