Shipa, a leading digital delivery and logistics platform in the GCC, is hiring an Academic Liaison Consultant to support a student re-enrollment project in partnership with a reputed educational institution. This full-time, on-site role requires a bilingual (Arabic & English) female professional with a valid UAE driving license, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility to travel to Fujairah. The consultant will engage with parents, coordinate visits, assist with digital enrollment processes, and provide guidance on school services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the educational institution to contact parents regarding re-enrollment.

• Schedule and conduct in-person visits with parents in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.

• Assist parents in completing online application forms using provided digital tools (iPad).

• Collect required documents from parents and ensure accuracy.

• Provide parents with clear information on school services, policies, and enrollment requirements.

• Maintain professional, courteous, and effective communication with families at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Arab National, Female, fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Based in Abu Dhabi, with readiness to travel to Fujairah when required.

• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Proficient in using tablets and online forms.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to undergo training on school services and enrollment procedures.
