Njord – Consultancy is looking for a Project Specialist – Events to take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing both external and internal events that align with business and engagement objectives. This role sits within the PMO and requires structured execution, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that events are delivered professionally, efficiently, and in line with the company’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality corporate, client-facing, and internal events.

• Manage end-to-end event operations including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and approvals.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, and Compliance teams to align event goals and execution.

• Oversee event deliverables such as branding, AV setup, giveaways, registration systems, and post-event reports.

• Maintain an event calendar for visibility and preparedness.

• Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, satisfaction, etc.).

• Support PMO-led initiatives requiring event-style coordination.

• Stay updated with the latest event trends, technologies, and platforms to improve event execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B event planning and delivery.

• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and timeline management skills under pressure.

• Excellent documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with event management tools and technologies (e.g., RSVP systems, dashboards).

• High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.
