The Role
We are looking for a Makeup Consultant (Russian-speaking) to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will inspire customers by delivering expert makeup advice, personalized demonstrations, and luxury shopping experiences while driving sales and promoting brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering tailored product recommendations and makeup application guidance.

• Conduct live demonstrations, assisting clients with product selection and combinations.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base by engaging with customers and tracking preferences.

• Promote new launches, in-store events, and online offerings (website, app, social media).

• Drive sales, meet monthly targets, and maintain accurate sales reports.

• Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and counter hygiene.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

• Leverage digital tools (CRM, clienteling apps, OMS) to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, beauty retail, or hospitality.

• Basic knowledge of makeup application and techniques.

• Fluency in Russian (mandatory) to assist Russian-speaking clients.

• Passion for beauty, makeup artistry, and luxury retail.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
