We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will take a lead role in post-contract cost management for large-scale residential developments, ensuring budget compliance, effective contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, prepare cost reports, and ensure delivery within approved financial targets.

  • Oversee tendering, procurement, and contractor selection in line with project goals.

  • Administer FIDIC contracts, including claims, variations, compliance, and dispute resolution.

  • Prepare cost estimates, analyze resource requirements, and provide advice on financial impacts.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, payment certifications, and contractor claims.

  • Lead negotiations on project changes and assess impact on budget and timeline.

  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies to avoid overruns.

  • Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality.

  • Act as a trusted cost and contracts advisor to clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years post-contract management experience within a consultancy environment.

  • Professional accreditation (MRICS or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects in the Middle East.
